Job Description Role: Technical/Solution Architect Location: Trivandrum/Kochi Experience: 12+ years (relevant experience required) Qualification: B.Tech / MCA Onboarding: ASAP Job Purpose We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, with a strong ability to engage clients, understand complex technical challenges, and architect scalable solutions that align with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with sales and pre-sales teams to design proposals, present technical solutions, and ensure smooth delivery of enterprise projects. Key Responsibilities - Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and business goals. - Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to develop and present technical solutions. - Architect end-to-end enterprise solutions adhering to industry best practices. - Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. - Mentor and train junior team members on technology and architecture principles. - Recommend and implement DevOps tools and modern deployment practices. - Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks. - Ensure security and compliance across all solutions (OWASP, PCI DSS, etc.). - Contribute to continuous improvement of internal technical processes and tools. - Maintain adherence to Information Security Management policies and procedures. Skills and Competencies Mandatory - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. - Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks. Primary Technical Skills - .NET Core, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases. - Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Systems integration and API-driven design. - Cloud technologies AWS, Azure, and GCP. - Security and Compliance (OWASP, PCI DSS, Information Security). Good to Have - Front-end frameworks: Angular / React. - Backend scripting: Node.js, Python. Technical Expertise - Strong knowledge of object-oriented concepts and structured modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect). - Proven experience in architecting scalable enterprise software solutions. - Proficiency in large-scale database management, data modeling, and RDBMS/NoSQL design. - Hands-on experience with .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and related technologies. - Experience with Docker-based deployments and infrastructure monitoring tools. - Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD best practices. - Exposure to front-end technologies like HTML5, JavaScript, and frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap, KnockoutJS).
