Associate Technical Architect

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong JavaScript expertise todesign, develop, and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performing web andcloud solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with strategicvision to ensure our systems meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Architect Solutions: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secureapplication architectures, ensuring alignment with best practices and industrystandards. - Full-Stack Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of bothfront-end and back-end web applications using Angular or React, and Node.js. - Cloud Integration: Build, deploy, and manage applications on AWS or Azure,utilizing services like Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc., to ensurescalability and high availability. - API Development: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services tosupport front-end applications and other backend services. - Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providingtechnical guidance and leadership to ensure high-quality code and development bestpractices. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, productmanagers, and QA teams to deliver outstanding user experiences and ensure projectdeadlines are met. - Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize applicationperformance, both on the client-side and server-side, to provide a seamless userexperience. - Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of development processes,methodologies, and tooling, driving the adoption of new technologies and practices. - Code Reviews & Best Practices: Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards,and maintain high levels of test coverage (unit, integration, E2E). Must have skills - At least 3+ years of experience as an architect to design large scale applications. - 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong proficiency in Angularor React, Node.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript. - Strong knowledge of design patterns (e.g., MVC, Observer, Module), softwarearchitecture principles, and UML modelling. - In-depth experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including serviceslike EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and more. - Strong experience in backend development with Node.js, including building andintegrating REST APIs, middleware, and microservices. - Extensive experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React, includingcomponent-driven architecture, state management (e.g., NgRx, Redux), and UIperformance optimization. - Experience with databases, both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL(e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB), including database design, query optimization, andmigrations. - Expertise in version control systems, particularly Git, with an understanding of Gitworkflows and branching strategies. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform forcontainerization and infrastructure management. - Strong understanding of software design patterns, microservices architecture,and agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on test-drivendevelopment (TDD) and continuous integration. - Experience with front-end optimization techniques, including bundling, lazy loading,code splitting, and caching. - TypeScript experience and fluency. - Familiarity with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions). - Experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) for event-drivenarchitectures. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and leading cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Familiarity with GraphQL and building modern, flexible APIs.
