We are looking for 10+ years of expertise candidates in Python, .NET/C#, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker, and related technologies, with the ability to provide technical leadership and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. Mode: Full Time/ContractLocation: Cochin/TrivandrumPrimary Skills:Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Solution Architect in complex, large-scale systems.Experience in front-end technologies - Angular/ReactStrong hands-on expertise in:Programming Languages: Python, .NET, C#Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDBCloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCPAPI Design: REST, GraphQL, or gRPCContainerization: Docker (Kubernetes experience is a plus)Exposure to 3D imaging technologies, visualization frameworks, or computational graphics.Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and enterprise integration patterns.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technology strategies.Responsibilities:Architecture & DesignDefine, design, and implement end-to-end technical architectures for enterprise-grade solutions.Architect scalable and secure cloud-native applications leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP.Provide design guidance on 3D imaging applications, data processing, and visualization workflows.Establish standards for API design and integration, ensuring reusability, performance, and security.Development & ImplementationGuide development teams in implementing solutions using Python, .NET, and C#.Drive adoption of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for deployment and orchestration.Ensure efficient use of databases including PostgreSQL and MongoDB for structured and unstructured data.Collaboration & LeadershipCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineers and developers.Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with architectural guidelines.Quality & PerformanceEnsure system performance, reliability, and scalability through proper architectural decisions.Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) and evaluate new tools/technologies for adoption.Oversee security, compliance, and data governance practices.
