Retail Marketing Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities• Developing and implementingmarketing strategies:Marketingexecutives are responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies topromote a company's products or services. This involves conducting marketresearch to identify customer needs, developing marketing plans, andimplementing marketing campaigns. • Managing campaigns and projects:Marketing executives are responsible for managing marketingcampaigns and projects. They oversee the development of marketing materialssuch as advertisements, and online content, and ensure that they are effectivein reaching the target audience. • Conducting marketresearch:Marketing executives must have a good understanding of themarket and consumer behaviour. They conduct market research to identify markettrends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity. • Analysing data:Marketing executives analyse data to measure the effectivenessof marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. • Collaborating with otherdepartments:Marketing executives work closely with other departments suchas sales, product development, and customer service to ensure that marketingstrategies align with overall business goals. • Managing budgets:Marketing executives are responsible for managing marketingbudgets and ensuring that campaigns are cost -effective. • Building relationshipswith stakeholders:Marketing executives build relationships with keystakeholders such as customers, partners, and vendors to promote the company'sproducts or services • Conduct and co -ordinate Perfumery Workshops • Co -ordination for corporate ordersRequirements Key Task:·       Once the marketing calendar is prepared -plan with themanagement team and effectively execute in all the stores with the help ofASM.(Seasonal decor if required )·       Keep constant touch with the mall marketing team and try toparticipate in events ·       which can increase the footfall in stores ( Discountvouchers, Gift coupons ETC ) Help the retail team to get things done bycommunicating with the media team ( Weekly meetings with ASMs)·       Evaluate the efficacy of marketing activities done by thestore manager and ASM ( This need to be discussed)·       Create and discuss Marketing report with Board of directorsbi -weekly. Expertise and Skills·       Proficiency in English & Hindi is mandatory • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. • Analytical skills and experience in data analysis. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Creative thinking and problem -solving skills • Willing to travel.
