PositionBusiness GeneralistLocationBengaluru Job OverviewWe seek highly skilled and proactive Business Generalists to work directly with the founding team on key business initiatives in our 1 to 10 journey. Qualifications & ExpectationsPreferably from top tier academic institutions of India Prior work experience of 3 - 6 years

First principle-based problem-solving skills.Results-oriented execution drive that exemplifies delivering results efficiently

Folks who love to build things from scratch.Team handling experience and work experience in startups would be a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:The role would start as "Supply Strategy and Operations". The key day to day responsibilities would look like as follows:Collaborate with demand teams, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to negotiate on contracts, establish partnerships, and ensure timely procurement and delivery.Lead initiatives to explore and identify new manufacturing partners, including vendor diversification

Work closely with product development and operations teams to coordinate supply chain activities for new products. Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions within the supply chain. Drive cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
