About the Role

BiteSpeed is a SaaS startup building an AI-native Marketing, Support & Sales suite for e-commerce brands.

This is a true business generalist role that involves working closely with the CEO on cross-functional initiatives.

It's an intense, always-on, high-impact role that requires solving high-impact, cross-functional problems, collaborating with various teams, and driving key partnerships.

  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales on initiatives to maximise revenue — from identifying and fixing funnel leakages to shaping pricing/packaging strategies and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn — through both strategic inputs and process design.
  • Own and drive key partnerships (e.g., payment providers, enablement tools), ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR — from improving onboarding processes to driving org health projects.
  • Support strategic hiring efforts — from workforce planning to closing key roles, especially in Sales, CS, and Ops.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with the CEO and team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of early-stage startup experience on the business side.
  • Possess a passion for all things business and sales, and be willing to get hands-on to achieve results.
  • Show flexibility to switch between domains (support → sales → HR) without losing depth of knowledge.
  • Comfortable with the imperfections of early-stage startups and able to operate in dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrate extremely high agency and adaptability to drive results.
