  1. About the Role

    The Digital Health Pricing Proposal Specialist is responsible for developing accurate and competitive

    pricing proposals for Hinge Health U.S. based sales executives. This role involves taking specific data

    points, putting them into our proprietary algorithm then transferring into a professional format for external

    prospective client review (templeted format).
  2. What Youll Accomplish

    Engage with Hinge Health sales leadership to expedite pricing proposal processes which will translate to

    higher sales performance and faster turnaround times. Your efforts will directly impact sales productivity.

    Translates to key accomplishments and/or expectations as outlined in the Career Ladder for this position

    Deliver accurate, client specific Business Case Analyses to sales reps who will in turn deliver

    them to the prospective clients

    Coordinate with the sales and partnership teams to ensure client and industry specific information

    is taken into consideration

    Expedite existing turnaround timelines by providing timely proposals (ideally within 24 hours of

    receipt)
  3. Basic Qualifications

    *Best Practice: 3 - 5 BQs maximum

    Minimum qualifications that a candidate must possess in order to be initially considered for the position.

    These need to meet the following criteria and must be identifiable on the resume:

    Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field.

    A background in healthcare or technology is a plus.

    Experience: 3+ years of experience in pricing, proposal management, or financial modeling,

    ideally within the digital health or healthcare technology sectors.

    Must be fluent in English.

    Work schedule must provide for overlap with U.S. business hours.

    Proficient in Google Suite such as Google Slides and Sheets

    Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build cost models that balance both

    client needs and company profitability.

    Excellent communication skills with your Hinge Health manager.

    Experience working directly with sales teams.

    Has experience working with companies based in the United States.

    Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare industry
