Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across various grade levels.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
  • Provide academic support and mentorship to students, including one-on-one guidance and tutoring as needed.
  • Participate in residential life activities, including evening and weekend duties, to support the holistic development of students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, assessments, and innovative teaching strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.
  • Actively contribute to the schools extracurricular programs, such as sports, arts, clubs, or community service initiatives.
  • Uphold the schools values and policies, serving as a role model for students both inside and outside the classroom.

Qualification & Skill Sets:

  • Bachelor's /Master's degree preferred in relevant field
  • B.Ed is mandatory for CBSE board
  • IBDP Certifications mandatory for IBDP board
  • Prior teaching experience, preferably in a residential or boarding school setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
