Role Description

We are looking for a Project Site Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include supervising on-site construction and interior projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and monitoring project progress. The role also involves resolving on-site challenges, maintaining safety regulations, and providing regular progress updates to the project manager.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of construction and interior project execution, including on-site supervision and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in project management, team coordination, and scheduling projects to ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and compliance with building codes and standards.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage on-site challenges quickly and efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in managing similar projects is a strong advantage.
