Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹140,000 per month (depending on experience)

This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to deliver high-quality training in English to an international audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Professional Training: Teach industry-relevant content on PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.), SCADA, HMI, and automation systems to students and working professionals.
  • R&D and Program Development: Write PLC programs from scratch and engage in cutting-edge research on emerging automation technologies.
  • Update and restructure training modules aligned with the latest trends and standards in industrial automation.
  • Technology Integration: Incorporate Industry 4.0, AI, IIoT, and VR technologies into training for a next-gen learning experience.
  • Global Collaboration: Coordinate with UK and international teams to ensure high-quality training delivery across borders.

Key Requirements

Technical Expertise

  • Solid experience in PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Allen Bradley Studio 5000, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of SCADA/HMI systems across platforms.
  • Familiarity with control systems, IIoT, and industrial instrumentation.

Training & Communication Skills

  • Strong English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in industrial automation
  • Willingness to travel for international onsite training programs when required.
