Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PLC Programmer located in Kochi. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for developing, programming, and testing PLC-based automation systems. Daily tasks include configuring hardware, designing control system logic, troubleshooting automation processes, and working closely with the engineering team to meet project requirements. The programmer will also provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases for clients.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years Experience in PLC Programming, Ladder Logic, and HMI configuration
  • Experience in troubleshooting and debugging control systems
  • Knowledge of electrical schematics and ability to integrate hardware
  • Familiarity with automation software tools such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills for process optimization
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility to travel for on-site commissioning and customer support
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering, or equivalent experience
