PLC Programmer

Position: PLC Programmer

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and implement PLC programs for automated equipment and industrial machinery
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams for system integration
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and on-site commissioning
• Prepare technical documentation and project execution reports

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum
  2 years of hands-on experience
  in PLC programming
• Strong proficiency in
  PLC programming, ladder logic, and HMI development
• Solid expertise in
  motion control and servo systems
• Experience in
  control system architecture design
  and troubleshooting automation systems
• Strong understanding of
  sensors, actuators, and industrial communication protocols
• Knowledge of
  LabVIEW
  is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in
  Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation
  , or a related field
• Familiarity with
  industrial safety standards and best practices
• Prior experience in industrial automation or manufacturing systems is an added advantage
