Job Title: Field Sales ExecutiveJob Type: Full-Time | Field-BasedKey Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate leads and promote company products/services directly to customers in the field.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance sales and service quality.
  • Visit customers at their homes, businesses, or other locations to present product features and benefits.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as per company expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and daily field reports.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the management.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improved outreach.

Qualification:

  • Any Degree or Diploma (in any discipline).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 months of strong field sales experience.
  • Freshers with good communication skills and interest in field sales may also apply.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum age limit of 35 years.

Requirements:

  • Smartphone & Personal Bike are compulsory for field visits.
  • Candidate should be a self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in field-intensive roles.
  • Preferred immediate joiners.

Salary & Incentives:

  • Maximum CTC : ₹4,00,000 Per Annum.
