Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting and financial operations.
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions (payables, receivables, bank statements, etc.).
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets.
  • Assist in finalization of accounts and audit requirements.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost control.
  • Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash.
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.
  • Support payroll processing and employee-related financial matters.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (MBA/CA/ICWA Inter preferred).
  • Proven experience in finance/accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
