Major responsibilities:

  1. Inspection of Finish machined components and bought out parts.

  2. Involve in First sample inspection and approval

3.Attain Pre-dispatch inspection of spares

  1. Communication of issues observed during final inspection to cross function departments (like - Operations, Purchase, PMPS, KSB Plants) for further improvement actions.

  2. Raise NCR in SAP and Handle non-conformances

  3. Use of 8D technique for major and repetitive issues.

  4. Prepare MIS reports

  5. Attain supplier visits for stage inspection of parts

  6. Prepare and submit final document dossier to customer in line to order QCP.

  7. Initiate corrective actions for supplier defects

  8. Handle TPI / client witness activities

Profile Requirement :

Formal Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME),

Professional Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience in Quality Function.

Defined competencies:

  • Awareness for Usage of SAP – QM Module and MS-Office.
  • Awareness of National / International codes & standards
  • Planning and coordination
  • Problem solving and decision making
  • Effective communication [verbal & written]
