We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all cutting tools and components meet quality standards through precise inspection and measurement processes. This role involves working closely with the production and R&D teams to maintain consistent product quality and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-process and final inspection of cutting tools and components.

  • Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and profile projectors for dimensional checks.

  • Identify defects and deviations from quality standards and report findings to the concerned department.

  • Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare quality reports.

  • Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and industry standards.

  • Assist in maintaining calibration schedules for inspection equipment.

  • Collaborate with the production team to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Basic knowledge of quality inspection techniques and tools.

  • Understanding of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication and reporting skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Willingness to work in a shift-based system.
