We are looking for a skilled Bar Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and supervise bar staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the bar area.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Train and mentor new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in bar management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
