Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager Intern to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing web and digital marketing projects. This role offers hands-on experience in managing real client projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in planning and coordinating web and app development projects.
  • Support the Digital Marketing team in campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Help prepare project timelines, task lists, and client updates.
  • Participate in client meetings and prepare minutes of meetings (MoM).
  • Monitor project progress and report bottlenecks or delays.
  • Coordinate between teams to ensure tasks are delivered on time.
  • Assist in documentation, reports, and project closure activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or pursuing studies in IT, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in project coordination, digital marketing, or web development.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of websites, apps, and online marketing.
  • Ability to multitask and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp is a plus.
