Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional female graduate to serve as the face of our front office. This pivotal role combines welcoming clients, efficient communication, administrative multitasking, and logistical coordination to maintain seamless office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls and email communication promptly and accurately
  • Maintain visitor logs, files, and documentation with attention to detail
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate office supplies, and liaise with vendors
  • Perform data entry, MS Office tasks, and basic digital support
  • Support administrative and coordination tasks to uphold operational efficiency

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (required)
  • Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred
  • Experience: Freshers welcome; prior front-desk or administrative experience is advantageous
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and email tools
  • Courteous, proactive, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor

Compensation

Competitive monthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000, commensurate with skills and interview performance
