Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the social media team, driving engagement and growth across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Create and manage a content calendar for consistent, high-quality fashion-forward posts.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

2. Marketing Campaigns

  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns (paid ads, Google Ads, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, push notifications).
  • Implement performance marketing strategies for measurable results.
  • Design segmented email campaigns for personalized communication.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts reflect Andaaz Fashion's premium image.

3. Creative Website Planning

  • Oversee website creatives, banners, and content aligned with seasonal fashion trends.
  • Collaborate with the design team to enhance product displays and boost conversions.
  • Analyze user behavior to improve conversion rates and enhance customer experience.

4. Data-Driven Strategy

  • Analyze marketing data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing & fashion industry trends.
  • Build and maintain a strong brand identity for direct-to-consumer audiences.
  • Develop loyalty initiatives to increase repeat customer rates.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media & digital marketing, with proven team leadership.
  • Experience in the fashion or eCommerce industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital ads, and email marketing.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate fashion trends into engaging campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Analytical, data-driven, and result-oriented.
