At Lets Flo, we're on a mission to revolutionise e-commerce content production for trusted global brands like Burberry, Lacoste, Ralph Lauren, and Marks & Spencer. We're seeking a talented and versatile Creative Designer to join our marketing team and bring our brand to life across multiple platforms.

What we do

We help growing online retailers eliminate clunky tools and breakdown silos with a streamlined workflow so they can quickly get their products online and boost sales.

What You'll Do

  • Create eye-catching blog visuals that make our content pop

  • Design engaging LinkedIn and Instagram carousels to boost our social media presence

  • Lead our website refresh and ongoing improvements

  • Develop captivating motion graphics using Lottie or Rive

  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills

  • Excels in both static and motion design

  • Possesses a keen eye for typography, colour, and layout

  • Understand the nuances of designing for different platforms

  • Can translate complex ideas into visually appealing content

  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement

Reporting Structure

  • You will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely to ensure that visual elements align with Lets Flo's marketing strategy.

  • This role provides the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and contribute to shaping the visual identity of a market-leading brand.

Tools of the Trade

To thrive in this role, you should have expertise in:

  • Motion graphics creation: Lottie, Rive or equivalent

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects

  • Animation software: Adobe Animate or Autodesk Maya

  • Video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro

  • UI/UX design tools: Figma
