**Job Title: Creative Designer**

**Department: Marketing & Branding**

**Reporting to: Marketing Head / HR & Admin**

**Location: Plyneer Industries Pvt Ltd, Bangalore**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**1. Graphic Designing**

**- Design visually appealing posters and banners for company promotions, campaigns, product launches, and special observance days.**

**- Create internal communication materials such as employee birthday posters, celebration visuals, and event creatives.**

**- Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all media and print collaterals.**

**2. Video Editing & Motion Graphics**

**- Edit and produce engaging, high-quality videos for internal communication, social media, and promotional use.**

**- Add animations, motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CapCut.**

**- Produce testimonial videos and product highlight clips aligned with marketing objectives.**

**3. Social Media Content Management**

**- Design and post creative content on social media platforms using Zoho Social.**

**- Collaborate with the marketing team for content planning and scheduling.**

**- Ensure timely and consistent brand messaging across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.**

**4. Shopify & Amazon Creatives**

**- Design banners, product images, infographics, and promotional creatives for the Shopify website and Amazon listings.**

**- Ensure all creatives meet platform-specific guidelines and are regularly updated for ongoing campaigns or seasonal promotions.**

**5. Software Tools Utilization**

**- Work efficiently using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva, and CapCut.**

**- Maintain a high standard of quality across all design and video work.**

**6. Internal Media Coverage**

**- Capture and edit in-office moments, celebrations, team interactions, and events for internal branding.**

**- Develop cultural and behind-the-scenes content that reflects the Plyneer work environment.**

**7. Creative Support for Marketing Initiatives**

**- Provide design input and support for campaigns, brochures, catalogs, and marketing materials.**

**- Maintain visual alignment across all digital and physical brand assets.**

**8. Cross-Brand Creative Support (Dottedi)**

**- When required, provide creative support for Dottedi, including graphic design, video editing, and promotional content.**

**- Ensure design work for Dottedi aligns with its brand identity and marketing goals.**
