About the Role We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who's a blend of creativity, strategy, and design finesse someone who can translate ideas into bold, visually striking stories. At Creative Nuts, we're a creative (and a little nutty) bunch who believe design should not only look good but work smart. If you're someone who can lead design thinking, handle multiple projects, and mentor younger designers - this role is for you. Behance/portfolio link is mandatory. Responsibilities - Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, brand identities, and digital assets across print and digital platforms.Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets - Collaborate with the strategy, content, and web teams to bring brand stories to life through design. - Take ownership of brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual language across all touchpoints. - Create compelling and effective visual identity systems, logos, designs, print and digital media - Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends - Participate in team meetings to present design ideas and gather feedback. - Research & Trend Analysis - Provide art direction for photoshoots, video storyboards, and campaign visuals when required. - Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and tools to contribute fresh ideas and approaches. - Form and work along with a team. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field - 4-6 years of experience in graphic design - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy. - Strong communication, conceptual thinking and design skills - Technically sound about design theory - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
