We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Professional to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and enhance market presence. The role requires a strategic mindset with a strong sales orientation and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Sales:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and market research.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Market Research & Expansion:
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Develop strategies for business growth and expansion into new markets.
- Proposal & Negotiation:
- Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance business growth.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 2 to 6 years in business development, sales, or a related role.
