Job Description: HR ManagerPosition Overview: The HR Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources principles, compliance with labor laws and regulations, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top -tier candidates for various roles within the organization. Collaborate with department heads to ensure workforce needs are met efficiently. Employee Relations: Establish and maintain a positive work environment by promoting open communication, addressing employee concerns, and providing guidance to resolve conflicts effectively. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems that drive employee growth, development, and alignment with company objectives. Support managers in setting performance goals and providing regular feedback. Training and Development: Identify training needs and create development plans to enhance employee skills and competencies. Organize training programs and workshops to foster continuous learning and improvement. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to employee compensation. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring they align with legal requirements and company values. Compliance and Legal: Stay up -to -date with labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's HR practices remain in compliance. Provide guidance to management on legal issues related to HR matters. Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including employee recognition programs, team -building activities, and employee feedback mechanisms. Organizational Development: Collaborate with leadership to identify organizational challenges and develop strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and employee morale. HR Metrics and Reporting: Compile and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing HR processes and practices. Prepare regular HR reports for management review. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees. Requirements - Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration - Proven experience between years in HR in a manufacturing or industrial environment.  - Thorough knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. - Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations issues with tact and discretion. - Proficient in using HR software and tools for HRIS, recruitment, and performance management. - Ability to work in a fast -paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
