Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable ServiceNow applications, integrations, and customizations.

The role involves developing core platform solutions (ITOM, ITSM, PPM, HRSD, Scoped Apps), building API integrations, handling platform upgrades, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Essential Skills

  • Strong experience in
    developing and implementing ServiceNow applications, integrations, and customizations
    using
    JavaScript, Glide scripting, workflows, business rules, UI actions, and other platform capabilities
  • Hands-on expertise in
    ITOM, ITSM, PPM, HRSD, Scoped Apps
    , platform
    upgrades
    , and complex
    integrations
  • Skilled in building and maintaining
    integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
    using
    REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other methods
  • Experience in
    developing and maintaining scoped applications
  • Worked on and delivered
    ServiceNow platform upgrade projects
  • Ability to
    create and maintain clear technical documentation
  • Strong
    communication and customer-handling skills
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator & Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
    certification preferred
