**Role: ServiceNow Platform Architect**

**Contract
- 6+ months**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform that aligns with our organization's business needs and IT service management strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions while ensuring the integrity and scalability of the ServiceNow platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, best practices, and ITIL principles.
- Provide expertise in developing and configuring various modules of the ServiceNow platform, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, architecture diagrams, and configuration details.
- Create and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, utilizing APIs, scripting, and web services.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, administrators, and other team members in ServiceNow best practices and design patterns.
- Ensure the security and compliance of the ServiceNow platform, implementing appropriate access controls and data protection measures.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimizations.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution, delivering high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- **ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications are required**. Additional certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist are a plus.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integration techniques, and web services.
- In-depth understanding of ITIL processes and best practices for IT service management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders and convey complex technical concepts.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is desirable.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving technological landscape.
