We are looking for an experienced and strategic **Platform Lead Architect** to design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal platform performance, integration with other enterprise systems, and adherence to best practices, enabling the organization to fully leverage the capabilities of ServiceNow.

This role will be based in Bangalore, India, and reporting to Head of ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CoE).

**Your Role**:

- Define and design the overall architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and IT strategy.
- Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions utilizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, CSM, App Engine, Automation Engine and others as required.
- Build and maintain the effective Master and Target architecture to govern various development teams and promote citizen development.
- Lead the creation of complex workflows, automations, and integrations within the platform.
- Design and manage integrations strategy for ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, including APIs, third-party tools, and databases.
- Establish governance frameworks to maintain platform integrity, including compliance, security, development best practices and operational standards.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and ServiceNow administrators to gather requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for ServiceNow projects and initiatives.
- Mentor and guide developers, administrators, and other team members on platform design and development best practices.
- Ensure adherence to organization processes (GxP, Qualification etc.,) and guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement through the effective use of ServiceNow solutions.

**Who You Are**:

- Minimum of **10 years of experience** in IT service management and architecture, with at least **5 years of experience** in as an architect role focused on ServiceNow Solutioning, Architecture and Governance.
- Strong experience in **ServiceNow platform solution architecture**, **ITIL processes**, and **governance frameworks**.
- Proven track record in managing complex, enterprise wide ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Proven experience in establishing and maintaining **governance** and **best practices** for Multi ServiceNow environments.
- Demonstrated design and solution experience on the platform for at least **2** major implementations.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, **CSDM** data model, and development tools (Studio, Flow Designer, Automation Engine etc.).
- Experience with **Agile and DevOps methodologies**.
- Excellent **communication**, **leadership**, and **stakeholder management** skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Working experience in GxP environment is a plus.
- Relevant **ServiceNow certifications** (e.g., CMA, CTA, CIS-XXX).
- Leadership abilities to drive team success and project delivery.
