At Avenoir, we are a Salesforce Consulting company with a team of 50 certified Salesforce & Mulesoft experts, we specialize in delivering high-impact CRM solutions for clients across the globe. We are now looking to expand our reach and are seeking a passionate IT Business Development Executive to help drive our growth.

Location: Indore, Bhopal, Raipur
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 0-2 years in IT Business Development/Sales (preferably in Salesforce or CRM domain)
Preferred Candidates: Only Females
Comm Skills: Excellent Level

Key Responsibilities:
● Make cold and warm calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
● Follow up on inquiries and nurture client relationships.
● Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem (including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
● Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events, etc.)
● Understand client needs and present tailored Salesforce solutions that address their business challenges
● Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to craft proposals, demos, and presentations
● Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closure
● Maintain CRM (e.g., Salesforce) records and generate regular sales reports
Qualification:
● Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Proven experience in IT sales, focusing on cloud services (Salesforce and Mulesoft preferred).
● Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their business applications.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
