Role & responsibilities:

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image as a preferred workplace
  • Track marketing expenses, maintain budgets, and support in financial planning for campaigns
  • Consistently uphold the companys branding standards across all platforms and channels Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.

Preferred candidate profile:


• Proven experience in social media marketing and digital campaign execution


• Strong understanding of brand management and consistency across platforms


• Hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns


• Preferably from the Banking or Fintech industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Strong organizational and coordination abilities pecify required role expertise, previous job experience, or relevant certifications.
