Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts

  • Maintain full books of accounts (AP, AR, GL, asset register, bank reconciliation)
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
  • Prepare financial statements and MIS reports with variance analysis
  • Monitor project-wise cost allocation, billing, retention money, LD, warranty obligations

Audit & Compliance

  • Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, MSME, PF/ESI compliance and filings
  • Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits; maintain documentation

Treasury & Cash Flow

  • Support daily fund-flow planning and bank operations
  • Track client receivables and ensure timely collection
  • Manage vendor payments, advances & bank instruments (BG/LC)

Commercial & Contracts

  • Review commercial terms in client and vendor agreements
  • Provide costing support for tenders and proposals

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with Procurement, Projects, Sales, HR & Admin for data accuracy
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping discipline

Requirements

  • CA qualification (mandatory)
  • 2–6 years experience; EPC/Construction industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of taxation, audit, project accounting & compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
  • Experience in Focus ERP preferred; SAP exposure is an added advantage
