Marketing & Lead Generation Executive (Full-Time, On-Site)

RBC Global Advisors Private Limited is a professional services firm providing US accounting, taxation, company formation, CPA outsourcing, and advisory services to international clients.

We are hiring a full-time, office-based Marketing & Lead Generation Executive who can manage B2B social media marketing and lead generation activities end-to-end.

Location: Surat, Gujarat (On-site only)

Job Type: Full-time

Timing : As per US time zone

Remote / Freelance roles not applicable

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage LinkedIn-focused B2B marketing
  • Create and schedule professional content (Accounting, Tax, Consulting)
  • Build prospect lists (US CPA firms, founders, business owners)
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and responses
  • Maintain lead data in CRM / Excel
  • Share weekly performance reports with management

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in B2B marketing or lead generation
  • Strong English communication (written & verbal)
  • Experience with LinkedIn marketing and cold outreach
  • Comfortable working with targets and accountability
  • Willing to work full-time from office in Surat

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in professional services / consulting / accounting / IT services
  • Knowledge of tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist
  • Basic Canva or content coordination skills

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on skills & experience)

Performance-based growth opportunities
