Bapuna Group is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to join their finance team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a solid background in ERP systems and taxation. This is a full-time role offering a compensation package comparable to the best in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Handle Direct & Indirect Taxation including GST compliance and filings.
  • Utilize and manage accounting software such as ERP, SAP, and Tally 9 ERP.
  • Ensure timely closing of books of accounts and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies for audits and compliance.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
  • Prepare and present financial statements and analysis to management.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 34 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant role.

  • Strong knowledge of:

  • ERP systems (including SAP and Tally 9 ERP)

  • Direct and Indirect Taxation (GST and others)

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
