Customer Success Associate (Insurance Domain Voice Process)

Position: Customer Success Associate

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra – 411014

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls within the insurance process.

Assist customers with policy details, claims, renewals, and general queries.

Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all customer interactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution.

Required Skill Set:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Clear speech with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence).

Strong command over grammar, pronunciation, and listening comprehension.

Customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).

Experience:

Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in the Insurance domain and possessing sales acumen.

Languages Required:

English / Hindi / Marathi (E/H/M)

Versant Test – Level 6 Certification required

Compensation:

25,000 – 40,000 CTC per month (based on experience and skill set)

Shift & Working Days:

Shift: Rotational

Female employees: Day shift (up to 8:00 PM)

Male employees: Rotational shifts

Working Days: 6 days a week
