A National Sales Manager for confectionery is a senior role responsible for leading the entire national sales function for a confectionery company. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing distribution networks and key channel partners, and overseeing a sales team to achieve revenue and market share targets. Key responsibilities also include setting goals, conducting market research, managing promotions, and aligning sales with overall business objectives.

Person should be from, NESTLE, ParleG, Britania, ITC are preffered

  • Experience:
  • Extensive experience (typically 10-20 years) in FMCG sales, preferably within the food, confectionery, or beverages sector.
  • At least 5-8 years in a national or zonal leadership role is usually mandatory.
  • Prior experience with specific channels like Modern Trade is often required.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sales acumen and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in languages, especially English, along with local languages, is beneficial.

Salary upt 40Lac per annum
