Job Description: Field Service Engineer

Ø Educational Qualification:

· ITI/Diploma, Graduation or equivalent in electrical/Electronic Engineering

Ø Key Requirements:

· Travelling is mandatory.

· Candidate must possess a valid two-wheeler (bike).

Ø Product Range:

UPS Systems, Stabilizers, Isolation Transformers, Converters, and Solar Panels, Desktop Computers, Cameras, Scanners, Printers, etc.

Ø Primary Responsibilities:

  • Candidate should have relevant experience in UPS or power electronics field service.
  • Perform installations, service calls, and preventive maintenance for all range of products.
  • Identify and resolve technical problems onsite.
  • Achieve at least 80% problem rectification during first visit resolution (FVR).
  • Diagnose spare requirements in consultation with the Technical Repair Center (TRC).
  • Ensure return of defective spares as per process set by TRC
  • Carry and manage spares/tools during field visits.
  • Maintain process, discipline, and compliance as defined by Branch / State Manager.
  • Be punctual and consistent in attendance, meeting customer SLAs and maintaining healthy customer relationships at individual level.
  • Support sales of services, consumables and related products to customers.

Ø Behavioural & Performance Expectations:

· Maintain professional conduct and communication at customer sites.

· Ensure adherence to service quality and documentation standards.

· Report field issues, customer feedback, and escalation points promptly.

Demonstrate accountability and ownership in daily operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
