Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, and builders.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects and potential clients.
  • Handle client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
  • Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support.
  • Conduct regular site visits to track project requirements.
  • Maintain sales records and submit reports to management.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, lighting, tiles, paints, steel, cement, or other building material industries.
  • Strong network with architects, interior designers, and builders is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel across the assigned territory.

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
