We are looking for an
Architect

with strong design sensibilities, hands-on execution experience, and the ability to work within a
research-driven, systems-oriented studio environment in Ahmedabad

. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse scales, including
government and private sector projects, with significant exposure to on-site decision-making, technical development, and collaborative project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to concept development, design detailing, and technical documentation for architecture projects.
  • Prepare BOQs and project documentation for both government and private assignments.
  • Lead and support project execution, managing coordination with consultants, vendors, and site teams.
  • Undertake extensive site visits, including out-of-station project locations.
  • Work closely with internal teams on design research, technical integration, and system-based design approaches.
  • Manage project workflows and guide team members during execution phases.
  • Integrate sustainable design practices where relevant.

Requirements

  • B.Arch from a recognized institution.
  • 2–3 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
  • Strong understanding of software development and integration skills related to architecture (computational tools, workflow automation, system modelling, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience managing on-site work, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness for frequent travel to project sites outside Ahmedabad.
  • Exposure to sustainable design methods is an added advantage.
  • Candidates based out of Ahmedabad would be preferred.
