Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Marketing & Business Development Executives. We are hiring freshers across the following roles:
Social Media Management
- Create and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Write parent- and child-friendly captions, respond to comments, track engagement.
- Support campaigns to promote toy/book sharing, coaching, and events.
Field Marketing
- Visit venues and coaches in Chennai to explain the KiddeBudde platform.
- Onboard venues and coaches as partners to host activities and sessions.
- Support community events and outreach activities.
Cold Calling (Inside Sales)
- Call and connect with parents and venue partners.
- Explain platform benefits, onboard new users, and sell venue tickets for activities/events.
- Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and achieve sales targets.
Cold Calling + Event Management
- Outreach to parents and venue partners via calls.
- Assist in planning and coordinating community events (play sessions, book swaps).
- Handle logistics, promotion, and post-event feedback.
Eligibility
- Education: Arts, Commerce, Management, Media, or Event Management graduates only
- Freshers (0-1 year experience) may apply
- Good communication skills in (English & Tamil preferred)
- Energetic, people-friendly, and eager to learn
- Note: Engineering students are not eligible for this role
