We're looking for a marketer who can take full ownership of our website, SEO/AEO, and social media to drive brand visibility, engagement, and qualified leads. You'll integrate these channels into a cohesive growth engine that accelerates our digital presence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our website as the central digital hub.
  • Build high-converting landing pages and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Execute end-to-end SEO and AEO strategies, from keyword research and on-page optimization to publishing SEO rich blogs, guides, and resources.
  • Strengthen organic visibility and ranking across both traditional search engines and generative AI platforms.
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, X and Instagram.
  • Create engaging content (posts, visuals, videos) that communicates our brand voice and drives engagement.
  • Manage content scheduling, publishing, and community interactions to grow an active audience.
  • Monitor and analyze performance across all digital channels using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Track key growth metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Run A/B tests on landing pages and campaigns to enhance conversion rates.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience managing websites, SEO, and/or social media in a hands-on marketing role.
  • A doer mindset — you can write, design, and execute content independently.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, WordPress/Webflow, and social scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different channels.
  • A data-driven, analytical thinker who uses insights to drive measurable results.
  • A proactive, resourceful marketer who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
