Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager focuses on driving buyer engagement from webinars, virtual events, and live events, including tradeshows. Specific responsibilities include collaborating with the Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Corporate Marketing teams to maximize awareness, engagement, and pipeline contribution from every event. They lead and define our processes for pre- and post-event engagement, including emails, social media, and digital advertising. They coordinate with others on the Growth Marketing team to create connections to our multi-channel campaigns, including ABM campaigns.
The Growth Marketing Manager helps drive brand awareness and engagement with our target markets. Success in this role is measured by level of engagement with the targeted accounts and contacts at each webinar or show, and ultimately the pipeline that is generated from each event.
With their superior project management and communication skills, they will establish best practices for webinar and event promotion, educate the marketing and sales team on those best practices, and look to establish specific lead management processes for each event type. Their work supports marketing campaign effectiveness to drive sustainable business growth.

Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to write compelling promotional copy
- Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously while creating alignment among different stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and buyer behavior to drive actionable insights & recommendations
- Highly goal-oriented individual
- Open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver, who looks for new ways to drive results
Qualifications Required:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of general marketing experience and demonstrates expertise in customer acquisition and conversion strategies
- At least 3 years prior experience in a similar role with a B2B SaaS company, ideally in healthcare technology
- Experience using analytics tools and data to inform marketing strategies
- Experience with marketing automation tools and content management systems is a plus
