Role Overview -

We're looking for a passionate wordsmith and conceptual thinker to join our Creative

Team. This role requires someone who can lead with ideas, write with impact, and

collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life. Whether it's a big

campaign, a sharp social post, or a witty one-liner, your words will set the tone for our

brands.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop concepts, campaign ideas, and brand stories across digital, ATL, BTL,

and integrated platforms.


• Write compelling copy for ads, social media, digital films, websites, emails, and

brand communication.


• Collaborate with Art, Strategy, and Client Servicing teams to deliver holistic

creative solutions.


• Lead brainstorming sessions, craft compelling decks, and present ideas with

confidence to clients.


• Leads his/her accounts from ownership perspective, including interacting with

client(s).


• Experiment with and integrate AI-driven tools to enhance copywriting, ideation,

and campaign development.


• Ensure brand tone of voice consistency across multiple channels.


• Stay updated on industry trends, pop culture, digital storytelling formats, and

emerging creative technologies.


• Manage multiple projects with sharp attention to detail and timelines.

Skills & Experience


•
4-6
years of experience in advertising/digital/content/marketing agencies.


• A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, versatility, and

impactful writing.


• Proven ability to balance brand goals with creative excellence.


• Strong command of English with an eye for detail, wit, and cultural relevance.


• Awareness of the latest AI trends and tools relevant to creative work, with the

ability to apply them meaningfully.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
