As a Copywriter + Creative Strategist
, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, high-quality content while driving innovative strategies to elevate brand storytelling. Your role involves conceptualizing ideas, overseeing copy quality, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines, and contributing to strategic ideation. You will play a key role in delivering impactful content that resonates across various platforms and drives engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

● Craft high-quality, engaging copy that aligns with client objectives and

maintains Pepper's standards of excellence.

● Strategize and conceptualize creative content ideas that elevate brand

narratives and resonate with target audiences.

● Collaborate with the client success team to understand their content needs

and expectations. Ensure all content exceeds client requirements and

address any concerns or revisions promptly.

● Produce short-form written content, including marketing materials, social

media posts, and more. Ensure content is engaging, error-free, and meets

client specifications

● Work closely with content strategists, editors, and project managers to

provide constructive feedback and guidance.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience (3+ years in advertising agency) in copywriting.

● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of copywriting samples and an

understanding of various content styles.

● Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and style, with a keen eye for

detail.

● Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable

feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

● Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous

improvement.
