JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented and strategic Copywriter to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging copy across various channels, with an emphasis on storytelling that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will play a key role in developing our brand voice and maintaining consistency across all communications, working closely with designers, marketing strategists, and other team members to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:


• Content Creation: Develop and write copy for diverse channels, including websites, social media, emails, ads, product descriptions, blog posts, video scripts, and more.


• Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute campaigns that align with our brand strategy and resonate with our target audience.


• Brand Voice: Refine and uphold our brand tone, ensuring consistency and quality across all written materials.


• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from concept through to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.


• Market Research: Conduct market and audience research to understand customer needs and trends, tailoring content to optimize engagement.


• Optimization: Test and optimize copy for performance, using insights from analytics to improve impact and refine messaging.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.


• 2 - 3 years of experience as a copywriter, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.


• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across digital and print mediums.


• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.


• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling, and creative copy.


• Understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.


• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketers.
