Position : 1

Mode : Work from Home

Responsibilities

  • Should be able to analyse business requirements around the fulfilment process and able to suggest better business and system processes for those requirements.
  • Design, prototype, build, document and support solutions for the Salesforce Order Management and Fulfilment capability to meet business needs, including configurations, customizations and integrations.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and oversee the build activities to deliver integrated solutions from the design stage to a functional application with a focus on SFDC best practices.
  • Create and maintain detailed functional documentation for requirement specifications.
  • Provide system administration support of customized Salesforce applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality.
  • Understanding with quote-to-order processes with knowledge of Product setup, Product Options, Product configuration & and rules, Pricing, Discounting, and Quote templates.
  • Understanding with WebServices Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and Advance Approvals.
  • Understanding on integrations with using REST/SOAP API's.
  • Working knowledge of SFDC integration is strongly preferred.
  • Strong customer focus with a high tolerance for ambiguity and requirement changes.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset to ensure creative and logical thinking for potential solutions.
  • Ability to be flexible and proactive to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements, customer objectives, and meeting global goals successfully.

Education And Certification

  • Minimum 8+ year's experience working on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience working with fulfilment process implementations, middleware and 3rd party integrations is essential.
