1.

Strategy and Implementation



Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Analyse HR metrics and data to make informed decisions and improve HR practices.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management.



2.

Employee Engagement and Talent Development 



• Lead HR Operations and ensure seamless implementation of engagement initiatives. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by organizing team-building activities and wellness programs to enhance employee morale.

• Address and support the mental and physical well-being of field force.

• Introduce and execute innovative engagement practices/Dalmia Best Practices as per the plan.

• Ensure timely delivery of initiatives as per the engagement calendar.

• Draft various communications such as Welcome Aboard messages and initiative announcements.

• Drive business engagement initiatives – Coffee with ZSH, Top Performer Awards, HR Connect, HR Day, U-Turn, Performance Discussions, etc.

• Drive Talent Development initiatives – Rising Star Assessments, 9-Box Matrix, career conversations, IDP closure & follow-ups to ensure completion of assigned tasks and projects. Facilitate training interventions as per IDP and conduct competency assessments at regular intervals.

• Execute learning interventions such as PACE, Weekend Wisdom, Learning Thursday, etc.

Operations



•Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth onboarding and quality of hires. Ensure CBIT completion before making the final selection decision.

• Execute a standardized onboarding process for all new joiners.

• Ensure accurate updation of talent details and document uploads in HR4U without errors.

• Ensure seamless implementation of Dalmia Way of Life (DWL) initiatives and address related queries.

• Ensure timely and error-free payroll inputs for all employees.

• Monitor and ensure accurate maintenance of all talent information, including confirmation process, attendance schedule, insurance details, transfers, CTC and non-CTC reimbursements, resignations, NOC, email ID deactivation, and payment blocks. Ensure Full & Final (F&F) settlements are completed within 10 days.

• Execute the Performance Management System (PMS) as per the plan — covering KRA setting, annual appraisals, bell curve fitment, PIP initiation/tracking/closure, tentative ratings, quality of ratings, promotion justifications, PMS review discussions, timely communication to stakeholders, and review of PMS files.

• Prepare the HR budget on time with the desired quality and accuracy.

• Track and analyze HR metrics related to attrition and quality of hires. Recommend and implement measures to improve employee retention.

• Conduct quarterly market visits to assess field sales and technical team behavior and gather market insights. Share consolidated reports with HRBP – East A, Regional HRBP, and Zonal Heads.

• Conduct new joiner connects at 30, 60, and 90 days and ensure effective implementation of the Buddy Program for all new joiners.

• Update organization structures periodically to reflect role and team changes.

• Conduct exit interviews (pre- and post-exit) and share key findings with relevant stakeholders.

• Organize skip-level meetings to gather employee feedback and enhance engagement.

• Identify system and process gaps and drive closure to ensure smooth HR operations.

• Prepare presentations for ZSH and other business review meetings.

• Drive succession planning for critical positions to ensure leadership continuity.

• Learn, adopt, and share best practices from competitors to strengthen HR processes and organizational effectiveness.
