Role & responsibilities
Inventory Management
Oversee the entire inventory lifecycle for IT spare parts and equipment.
Maintain optimal stock levels of critical IT components.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure reconciliation between HO & branch stock.
Store Operations
Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching items.
Implement efficient processes for quick and accurate order fulfillment.
Supply Chain Coordination
Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely stocking and dispatches.
Liaise with vendors to track and expedite shipments.
Coordinate with internal teams for priority dispatches.
Vendor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics vendors.
Process logistics vendor invoices and payments.
Reporting and Documentation
Maintain detailed inventory records and generate MIS reports.
Provide real-time inventory data to support decision-making.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- 8-12 years of experience in logistics and stores management
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Should be Presentable & Cheerful
