Job Title: Accountant cum Office Administrator
Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant cum Office Admin to manage day-to-day accounting activities along with general office administration tasks. The role requires balancing financial record-keeping with ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchase, expenses, payments, receipts).
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and bills.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (filing/record keeping).
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally/Busy/other accounting software.
- Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and banks when required.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and record management.
- Support HR functions like attendance monitoring, payroll preparation, and employee records.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Assist management in daily administrative tasks and documentation.
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
- Proficiency in Tally/Busy/MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
- Shift time - 10am - 5pm
- week off -Sunday
