Company Working EPC Contract for Operation & Maintenance of Oil & Gas Sites of Oils Companies - Like ONGC, HPCL, IOC and Others. H.O. Pune

Position_ Site Admin & Accounts

Location - Vadodara, Rajkot, Faridabad_Haryana, Kashmirinagar_Assam & Other Location

Duties will be yearly rotational from one site to another site as and when required within INDIA

**Main Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- maintain Accounts & Billing system
- Check and Maintain invoices & LIS Reports
- follow up on, collect and allocate payments
- carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- perform routine check system of operations
- monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Admin, HR & other utilities work
- Develop a Healthy Coordination between workers, staff and Management
- collect data and prepare monthly metrics

**Education and Experience**
- Any Graduate
- Experience in EPC Contracts SITEs
- knowledge of office administration and procedures
- knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
- proficient in relevant computer Operations
- knowledge of compliance requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
