Growth & Strategy Lead – Learning Platform

We are looking for a strategic and driven professional to lead and scale a next-gen learning platform focused on creators and upskilling. This role involves building the platform from ground zero, driving growth, and ensuring seamless execution across product, content, and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end project development from concept to launch and scale-up.
  • Collaborate with tech, content, and marketing teams to build a strong learning ecosystem.
  • Drive partnerships with educators, creators, and industry experts to design impactful programs.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market and growth strategies for learner acquisition and retention.
  • Build operational frameworks for course delivery, community engagement, and performance tracking
  • Own P&L, timelines, and overall project outcomes.
  • Track data, performance metrics, and user insights to continuously improve the platform.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience in edtech, learning platforms, or digital education startups.
  • Proven experience in building or scaling a product/platform from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of creator economy, online learning, or upskilling ecosystems.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
